Metta Driscoll

Metta Driscoll has over 20 years of recruiting experience in technical and financial services and is currently working at Zions Bancorporation as a Sr. Enterprise Recruiter. Her experience has led her to become an expert in identifying top talent and matching them to the perfect job. She has served various organizations in UT and CA where she managed up to seventy open job requisitions concurrently. She is known for recruiting high end technical and banking roles and is experienced in streamlining ineffective recruiting processes. Additionally, Metta is certified in Development Dimensions International (DDI) for behavioral interviewing, as well as Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS). Metta is committed to excellence and her knowledge of the Banking and IT industries is invaluable.

Metta attended the University of Utah where she graduated with an Art History Degree. Her love of supporting the arts began when she was the Volunteer Coordinator for the Utah Arts Festival for two seasons in the early 1990’s. Metta has served on various committees in the local arts community: The Young Benefactors at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts, Ballet West Events committee, and The Repertory Dance Theater. She is currently serving on the Board of Trustees with the Utah Museum of Contemporary Arts (UMOCA) and the Tracy Aviary where she has been the Committee Chairwoman for the Ready to Hatch fundraiser held each summer. She is also an active member/donor of the Abravanel Society with the Utah Symphony and a Heritage Club Patron with Ballet West.

Metta lives in Salt Lake City with her two daughters and one dog. When she is not attending the symphony, ballet, or live concerts, she loves to take advantage of the outdoors by skiing, hiking, cycling, and running after her dog.
